About the Role
The Head of Future Student – China is responsible for the execution of the student recruitment and marketing function to ensure the University meets targets associated with the recruitment of high-quality students from mainland China. The role will lead a team of highly skilled professionals to deliver on ambitious growth plans.

Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline and substantial experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and experience with international student recruitment.
- Knowledge of core marketing and recruitment functions, frameworks, models and approaches, with emphasis on education agent management, schools and third-party stakeholder engagement and development.
- Sound leadership and strong people management skills, with demonstrated experience in managing direct reports.
- Analytical mind with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese with the proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
