Our Client is a leading Australian College at a Global University Pathway provider.

About the Role

The Student Recruitment Manager will be responsible for driving the College’s sales growth, meeting student recruitment targets and:

  • Managing an extensive network of agents, including providing support and training.
  • Conducting presentations at events associated with agents, high schools, colleges and student fairs.
  • Managing lead generation and student conversion activities.
  • Resolving quickly and satisfactorily student, parent and agent queries.
  • Assisting in the promotion of the College via Social Media in the local market.

Key Requirements

  • Experience representing an Australian institution.
  • Proven track record of strong sales performance.
  • High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to support a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Good presentation skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic.

This position requires a person with a proven track record of strong sales performance and a passion for international education.
