Our Client is a leading Australian College at a Global University Pathway provider.
About the Role
The Student Recruitment Manager will be responsible for driving the College’s sales growth, meeting student recruitment targets and:
- Managing an extensive network of agents, including providing support and training.
- Conducting presentations at events associated with agents, high schools, colleges and student fairs.
- Managing lead generation and student conversion activities.
- Resolving quickly and satisfactorily student, parent and agent queries.
- Assisting in the promotion of the College via Social Media in the local market.
- Experience representing an Australian institution.
- Proven track record of strong sales performance.
- High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to support a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Good presentation skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic.
This position requires a person with a proven track record of strong sales performance and a passion for international education.
